Wisconsin Rapids Powerlifting – Rhinelander Results

Last weekend the Wisconsin Rapids Powerlifting team traveled to Rhinelander. Here are those results, and a brief look at state standings.

Honorable Mentions

There were a few Wisconsin Rapids Powerlifters notably absent from the Rhinelander meet. Some of whom were already qualified for state, so they did not need to go. I’d like to specifically mention three Wisconsin Rapids Powerlifters that were not there. Firstly, Annabelle Ross, currently ranks 11th in Wisconsin’s Girl’s Raw 148lbs class. Also, Michael Mitchell, is currently ranks 20th in Wisconsin’s Boy’s Raw 148lbs class. Lastly, Richard Thao is currently ranks 26th Boy’s Raw 181lbs class in the state.

Gold Medal Results

There were five 1st place finishers from Wisconsin Rapids at Rhinelander, here are those results. Lily Kropidlowski placed 1st in Girl’s Raw 181lb with a total of 550lbs. Lily ended her season with a gold note, as she isn’t qualified for state. Elly Rippier took the Girl’s Raw 198lbs gold with a total of 660lbs. Elly ranks 11th in the state. Elias Heckman took the gold in the Boy’s Raw 275lbs class with a 1285 total. Elias ranks 4th in the state. Landon Leach placed first in the Boy’s Raw 275+ class with a 1135 total.  Landon ranks 8th in the state. In the Boy’s Raw 114 class Wisconsin Rapids took first and second place. Corbin Kandler placed first with a 555lbs total, and is currently ranks 12th in the state. Then Gage Heinrich placed second with a 515lbs total and is currently ranks 16th in the state.

Silver and Bronze Winners

There were two other second place finishers, and three third place finishers from Wisconsin Rapids at the Rhinelander meet, here are those results. Girl’s Raw 132lb Michelle Tra placed second with a 585lbs total and currently ranks 9th in the state. Gavin Tilberg got the silver in the Boy’s Raw 165lbs class with a 815lbs total. Aryanna Dixon placed 3rd with a total of 550lbs in the Girl’s Raw 181lb class. Ty Haydock placed third with an 820lbs total in the Boy’s Raw 181 class. Wyatt Jungwirth placed third with a 990lbs total in the Boy’s Raw 220 class.
