MADISON, Wis. (WMDX) – No one was hurt when a car crashed into a bakery in the Hilldale area Wednesday night.
Someone drove into the front of Gigi’s Cupcakes at about 7 p.m., according to the Madison Fire Department. Staff said luckily, no one was in the front area, so nobody was hurt.
Firefighters had to check out the building, and determined there were no structural problems.
Gigi’s Cupcakes is closed Thursday to evaluate the damage. Staff hope to reopen Friday.
