Christina Nall, SSM Health St. Clare Hospital – Baraboo Radiation Oncology supervisor, has been named the newest recipient of the Be Exceptional Everyday Award, known as BEE. Nall was nominated by a colleague who wrote:

After resuming radiation treatments after a hospital admission, a patient was unable to complete proper preparation for radiation treatments due to new limitations from the hospital stay. The only way this patient would be able to continue treatment would be to get a particular device by the next morning to make this happen and have no additional delays in treatment, rather than their usual long commute to work the next morning. Christina drove an extra 60 miles to get the device necessary for this patient to continue treatments. One of the many examples of Christina making magic happen behind the scenes!

The BEE Award is specifically designed to recognize non-nursing staff members who demonstrate great teamwork and communication skills, collaboration, professionalism, exemplary service, and a commitment to excellence.
