In hour two, the guys get on to the topic of DOGE’s promised $5,000 dividends, a complete financial impossibility. They also dive into how Musk has wormed his way into ALL of government data, and later, welcome on Attorney and host of Amicus: A Law Review, Jim Santelle. The guys chat with him all about the security crisis the federal government faces, as agency after agency is invaded by Elon Musk and DOGE. They also chat about the courts, and the pending lawsuits against Musk and Trump, with weariness as to their true effectiveness. Wrapping up, we pick Jim’s brain on Trump’s claim to create regulation (‘I am the law’), in the wake of last year’s SCOTUS Chevron Doctrine overturn, blocking the executive branch from creating policy.
